Aggressive actualizers

You want to attend to your mental health, but you're seeking self-actualization rather than mere repair. I work with couples at every stage, including the ones where the most honest work is figuring out what each person actually needs next.

Humans who have had it

You've done the work. Years of it, maybe. And there are still places inside you that talk therapy hasn't been able to reach. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as one pathway into those harder-to-access territories. An 8–12 week course, combined with integration support, can meaningfully shift what's felt stuck. Frustrated families

"Why can't we all just get along?" is one of the most honest things a family can say. I work with families navigating conflict, transition, and the ordinary extraordinary difficulty of being in close relationship with other humans you didn't choose but deeply love. Custom support, every time.

You're holding a lot — at home, at work, in your own interior life. You're good at it, mostly. But there's a version of you that's more tired than she lets on, and she deserves a space of her own. Whether the work is tactical, emotional, or somewhere in between, I'm here for all of it.

50-minute sessions. The heart of the work.  Real, lasting change takes time. I recommend a minimum of 10 sessions to create the conditions for meaningful growth — though many clients find the work naturally deepens from there.

Couples or Family work

Therapy and coaching focused on couples therapy or family therapy for either groups or individuals can provide a holistic therapy approach to improving mental health. Individual psychotherapy sessions can also be beneficial in addressing specific issues within relationships.

Couples therapy

50-minute sessions for two people doing the brave work of staying in it, or figuring out what's next. I recommend a minimum of 10 sessions for meaningful progress. Healing has its own timing, and this gives us room to honor it.

Family therapy

For groups of three or more. 50 minutes. Custom to your family's particular constellation.

Add a footnote if this pertains to your practice in couples therapy, family therapy, or holistic therapy, as well as individual psychotherapy, to enhance mental health.
